Content and estimates
We take care to keep the information here accurate, but it is provided for general guidance. Case study figures describe specific installations under their own conditions and are not a guarantee of the results you would achieve.
The savings calculator produces an indicative estimate only. It is not a quotation, not a financial promotion and not a substitute for a site-specific feasibility study. Any figures we stand behind are the ones in a written proposal issued after a survey.
Enquiries
Submitting the assessment form does not create a contract. It is a request for us to review your site and come back to you. A contract only comes into existence when we issue a written proposal and you accept it in writing.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for business losses arising from reliance on general information published on this site.
